On the second day of my motorbike tour through Flores, I drive from Moni, the village at the slopes of Kelimutu National Park to Bajawa in central Flores. After a great winding road from Moni down to Ende we make a short lunch stop at Green Stone Beach. Named after the green stones the you can see there everywhere, this is a fantastic spot for a break. When heading up into the mountains to Bajawa the skies open up and it starts pouring down. What a motorbike adventure in Indonesia!

It’s been a while I have not been riding. Life sometimes throws us a curve ball, so I am happy to be back home in Indonesia. To start my homecoming well, I went on a trip I wanted to do since a while. This time heading east from Bali to the beautiful island of Flores. A heaven come true for motorbikes.
